Do you do wallpapering?
Yes, we cover all aspects of wallpapering. From stripping and preparing walls to hanging wallpaper and freezes.
Do you know the best type of paint for my job?
We can recommend to you exactly what type of paint should go where and whether low sheen, semigloss, high gloss, enamel, or oil based would be right for your circumstances.
Do you paint and/or wallpaper new properties?
Yes, as well as house renovations, we paint or wallpaper new properties that have just been built [houses, offices, bars, restaurants and may other types of buildings]. We will work with the contractors to ensure that your property is completed on time to the highest standard.
I have started redecorating my house but it is taking up too much of my time. Can you complete what I have started?
Absolutely, you would be amazed at the amount of people who have been in the same situation. They do not realise how long and how much effort can go into preparing and painting a house. We can come in and take over for you.
Is your quotation free?
A prompt, free no obligation quote will be supplied to you upon request. In most cases we will meet you on site, discuss your requirements, and in the written quotation outline exactly what the quotation covers, which may be emailed or posted to you.
What are your payment terms?
Payment is expected within 7 days of completion of a job unless prior arrangements have been made. In some instances on larger jobs, a deposit of 30% may be required to cover materials purchased and labour costs at the commencement of the job, but this will be outlined to you in your quotation if this is required. Payments may be made by cash, cheque or internet deposit.
What areas of Taranaki do your service?
Although most of our work is carried out in north Taranaki, we can and are proud to service the whole Taranaki region.
What if I am not happy with the finished work?
We will come back and complete the work to your satisfaction. Although we are certain this will not be required.
